About this deal

I have read 4 of his books, not sure if I will read more at this point but by in the large the 4 I have read have helped inject more belief and positivity into my life. The way he comes across in this book,he thinks he's right famous but if it wasn't for SAS:Who Dares Wins I wouldn't of had a clue who he was. Found this book at just the right time I think, was recommended to me by a person who works as a counsellor and I found whilst I was doing a lot of what is suggested in the book, there’s other tips I can take on. I bought this book as a present for my son and as my younger daughter showed an interest, she now has one also.

He spends countless pages shamelessly bragging and comes off as extremely narcissistic and arrogant. but the best thing about this audio book is that it doenst come across as preachy or telling you what to do. its almost like a mate in a pub just chatting with you about life and how to make the best of everyday.Secondly, the way he said these things and actually related them to his experiences made them all seem real. I am always motivated by Ant's books and although a lot of what he says is stuff you know it's always good if you're having a bad day to see get up, brush teeth, put clothes on as positives to power you on.

The world needs more honesty and humility, so I applaud his continued efforts to support and inspire a nation of people he's protected for years. First Man In focuses on Ants life, in The Fear Bubble we explored his soul, and here, finally, we have an in-depth analysis of his mindset and outlook on life. Letting you into areas of his life he’s never talked about before, in Zero Negativity , Ant will show you how to embrace failure and use it to your advantage, how to see change as the foundation of your future success, how to develop resilience, how to deal with bullies, what it means to be a positive roll model, and how to live a life with no regrets. I loved how you could hear Ant's voice as you read through the passages and see how he is within his everyday life thanks to Emilie.

PS If you view Emilie’s segments as an love letter to her husband, you will actually look forward to them. Being around people that give you energy is important and doing things that excite and challenge you and give you purpose is essential. He offers strong advice on how to remain positive in the worst of situations, and how a positive mindset can make a seemingly impossible situation end in success, in a multitude of ways. Although it was simple and somewhat obvious at times, it made me realise that things don't need to be overly complex and sometimes you need that reminder of how to practice positivity as we often forget its significance.

There are moments where Ant Middleton is a little reckless, foolhardy such as attempting the Matterhorn in a snow storm and using that failed experience as a catalyst for an Everest challenge.

For most, this is a thoroughly enjoyable and positive read, for many, it will inspire and motivate you. The idea of how he has adapted to life outside of the army, as well as adopting a positive mindset to whatever challenge, be it physical, mental endurance, psyching up the courage to go on one of his countless dangerous missions with the SAS is very interesting. It is not included in promotions available to our main range products, as stated in our terms of service. This book shows the importance of positivity but would be nice for guidance on how to get there or achieve it yourself. Another smashing read from Ant, he has a way of drawing you into his experiences and how he dealt with them but also giving you the tools to use in everyday life even if you're not on the battlefield or climbing Everest.

I went down to the beach in Sai Kung and after a couple of days relaxing, the brain rebooted and I chose this as it's a nice, easy double-spaced read on a subject of interest. Zero Negativity: The Power of Positive Thinking features 10 chapters which follow a layout containing stories from Anthony Middleton's life (inclusive of childhood, military life, experiences, opportunities), sections presenting advice learnt by Ant and for the reader to learn/take on board, insight on Ant through Emilie's perspective and concluding with key take aways from each chapter. Reading this book has given me a sharp reminder that I have never given up in the past so I need to get that frame of mind back. The weird paragraphs from his wife were the cherry on top of the cake - they felt so awkward and cringe worthy.

iv really enjoyed the trilogy of books by ant middleton and I found with this book that it really changed my outlook to life. I've signed up for a personal trainer course off the back of this and would certainly recommend, albeit, with a slight pinch of salt for some of the more self-aggrandising moments! It’s hilarious to think that people react so miserably to compassion, and it’s more of a reflection on them.
