It was impossible not to fall for him despite all the drama, angst and mistakes that are typical for his age.

He never saw himself capable of loving someone, and then Vee in her infinite beauty and sarcastic wit that is so different from anyone else waltzes into his life and knocks him on his ass in the best of ways!

His girlfriend Bri just happened to be filming a video and caught the act on camera and so Xavier got caught. Xavier was one of the best bad boys I've ever read, he was his own person going through trauma and situations no one EVER wants to have to experience. I recommend this to those who likes: Eliah Greenwood, high school, enemies to lovers, sports, bully, slow burn, emotional, and a happily ever after. No missing or damaged pages, no creases or tears, no underlining or highlighting of text, and no writing in the margins.

I love finding new authors to read 😊, So I feel like my overall experience with this one was really great! I wished that Aveena was not so judgemental and whiny, same as Xavier, i wished he was not so whiny. The only thing that's making him feel some semblance of happiness is his new secret accidental pen pal, which leads him to find the most beautiful loves of all.Veedecides to drink for the first time, when Brie brings up Vee’s father, she punches her while Xav was standing there like a pathetic asshat. They seem to be a mess but I just cant help but find their story amusing and it’s a “friends who are in love with eachother but will not admit it” trope. What if when Xavier finds out that it's been Aveena, the girl who he bullied when they were kids that he's been talking to, and she's been right under his nose this whole time? So I really wanted a closure from that part, they did talk and sort it out but her mom was back to be a bitch again, like can Aveena just be strong and stand up against her mom?
