it also has one tactical rail located on top, behind the jam door, where the included missile launcher is meant to be attached. The cool thing is that these components are not tied to this blaster, they can be used on other shells, to create modular blasters. This is a good move! Boys can build their own blaster for each mission with the Nerf Modulus Tri-Strike blaster from Hasbro! The Tri-Strike blaster features 3 different ways to blast that can all be used separately, or combined, for custom configurations. Bring an entire arsenal to the battlefield with the versatility and power of the Tri-Strike blaster! As for the secondary blasters, there’s not much to be done. Their power is entirely dependent on arm strength, and there’s nothing that can be done to improve performance short of entirely new internals. Improving their plunger seals would help efficiency, but again, power is still solely dependent on arm strength.

I mentioned before that the magazine well is too far forward, but when you hit the release it all works smoothly, as does reloading. Firing Mechanism: For years, pretty much every NERF Blaster was fired using a traditional trigger setup, though in more recent years the Hasbro-owned outfit has introduced a variety of lesser-conventional Blasters that sport a myriad of different firing mechanism configurations. Overall the core blaster is a bit disappointing, but let’s see what the other components have to offer… Tri-Strike Front Barrel Mega Dart Attachment

The Tri-Strike is a bolt-action clip system blaster that gets its name from its main advertised feature. With its included accessories, the blaster can fire three different types of ammunition: Elite Darts, Mega Darts, and Elite Missiles. Since these three components can be used individually, together or on other blasters I will go through each separately starting with… Core Tri-Strike Blaster

The Tri-Strike comes with a 10 round magazine, but you can easily use any of the standard N-Strike magazines for a bit more capacity. Loading System: Just as diverse as NERF’s wide range of firing mechanisms is the brand’s array of loading systems. These range from breach-loaded setups to belt and mag-fed items to paintball-style hoppers. Quite a few contemporary NERF Blasters also come equipped with onboard ammo or magazine storage.Közösségi hálók sütijei Ezek a sütik lehetővé teszik számunkra, hogy kényelmesen összekapcsoljuk Önt a közösségi média profiljával, és például lehetővé teszik, hogy termékeket és szolgáltatásokat osszon meg barátaival és családtagjaival. The Tri-Strike was officially announced in January of 2016, prior to the New York Toy Fair of the same year.

NERF has been making blasters long enough and with most blasters, you can easily hit the mag release with your trigger finger. However, unless you have fingers that a virtuoso piano player would be jealous of, you won’t be able to reach without removing your hand from the grip. The tri strike features three three ammo types – a Mega attachment, a missile attachment, and of course, it shoots the normal Elite darts as well. Coop772 (2016-01-11). [REVIEW] Nerf Modulus Tri-Strike Unboxing, Review, & Firing Test (YouTube). YouTube. Retrieved on 2023-07-29. When you fire, the performance is also a touch disappointing – it is a bit down compared to other N-Strike blasters, which really noticed in Slam Fire. Boys can build their own blaster for each mission with the Nerf Modulus Tri-Strike blaster from Hasbro! The Tri-Strike blaster featurs 3 different ways to blast that can all be used separately, or combined, for custom configurations. Bring an entire arsenal to the battlefield with the versatility and power of the Tri-Strike blaster!

The attachment itself does have a small internal barrel like the Retaliator front barrel extension which I find really pointless as they usually just slow down the speed of the darts. They could just leave that hollowed out, but then I guess you would not be able to add yet more barrel extensions then… Tri-Strike Missile Launcher Weapon Style: As briefly touched on directly above, modern NERF Blasters come in a humongous variety of different shapes and sizes, from pistols to compact SMG-style items to snipers to NERF-style assault rifles — all of which have their own unique strengths and weaknesses. There are also non-traditional NERF Blasters such as the brand’s Gelfire lineup. When you remove the attachments the core blaster is quite a dull spring-powered blaster. To make matters worse, they have decided to stretch it out a bit to make the overall thing look bigger, but this means the magazine well’s location is way too far forward.
